We do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding our Site or the Content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

(b) the uninterrupted access to our Site, its error-free nature, and its freedom from viruses.

Intellectual Property Rights

Referrals & External Service Providers 

In accordance with our Terms, we may refer you to relevant external service providers based on the information you have provided, so that they may perform services for you. Upon providing a referral or introduction, we may receive remuneration from external service providers. Upon making a referral, we may share your data with external service providers as per the terms of our privacy policy

Meeting & Strategy’s

Kingdom Wealth Creation offers a range of meetings or strategy’s to consumers. This meeting (“Meeting”) will typically be conducted by External Service Providers, with the intention of educating consumers on their desired topic. The Meeting will typically be held via Zoom (online video meeting) and run for approximately 30-minutes. The meeting may run longer depending on consumer engagement and will to proceed from both parties. 

The consumer acknowledges that conducting a Meeting is a time and labor-intensive process for us. As such, consumers must meet eligibility criteria in order to qualify for a Meeting, which is at the sole discretion of Kingdom Wealth Creation. If a consumer is not eligible for a Meeting, they will be contacted by us prior to the Meeting an informed of the decision.

Kingdom Wealth Creation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or terminate the Meeting at our discretion. 

This service is offered in good-faith, with the intentions of helping consumers decide on whether they wish to engage External Service Providers for goods or services. ‌The consumer agrees to attend this meeting, based on the available time and date as communicated to Kingdom Wealth Creation, either via email, online forms or via telephone call. If the consumer wishes to cancel or reschedule their meeting, they may do so up to 48 hours prior to their agreed meeting time via phone on 1300 405 220.

If the consumer fails to provide Kingdom Wealth Creation with at least 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to conduct the Meeting in future. If the consumer has a spouse or partner, they agree to both parties being present during the Meeting. If both parties are unable to attend the Meeting, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Meeting. If the consumer does not have a spouse or significant other, they are expected to attend the Meeting individually. The consumer agrees to be respectful of the time provided and to conduct the meeting, to the best of their ability, in a professional manner.

Unless otherwise stated, the Meeting is cost-free to the consumer and there are no expectations from the consumer to engage External Service Providers for any specific goods or services. Upon completion of this meeting, the consumer may chose to engage External Service Providers to provide goods or services for them and will be explained the processes and any associated costs only after proceeding.

The consumer acknowledges that the Meeting is based on strategies only. Neither Kingdom Wealth Creation, nor our External Service Providers are responsible for consumer implementation or success of such strategies. External factors such as the consumer’s age, marital status, health, income, investments, changes in macro-economic conditions and other changes in life may dramatically affect the viability of such strategies. 

Our $100 Guarantee 

‌The guarantee states that ‘If after the Meeting you didn’t receive what was promised on this page or you feel that your time was wasted, simply contact us and we will send you a Free $100 Coles Group & Myer Giftcard for your trouble’s…’ (the “Guarantee”) and is accessible via this pageThis Guarantee entitles the consumer to a $100 Coles Group & Myer Giftcard (the “Funds”).

To be eligible for the Guarantee and the Funds, the consumer must:

  • Meet eligibility for a Meeting in accordance with the terms stipulated above on this page.
  • Answer communications (such as email or telephone calls) from Kingdom Wealth Creation prior to the Meeting.
  • Attend the Meeting for at least 30 minutes and in accordance with the terms stipulated above on this page.
  • Provide correct contact information (including name, email, phone and physical address) to Kingdom Wealth Creation.


If information provided by the consumer to Kingdom Wealth Creation is found to be false or misleading, all claims to the Guarantee or the Funds will be deemed null and void. The Funds may be transferred digitally or physically to the consumer, at the discretion of Kingdom Wealth Creation. 

The consumer agrees to sign a deed of waiver prior to receipt of the Funds and once the Funds have been received, Kingdom Wealth Creation will be deemed to have fulfilled the Guarantee. If the consumer does not agree to sign a deed of waiver, they nullify themselves from any claim to the Guarantee or the Funds. As mentioned in the section above, Kingdom Wealth Creation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or terminate the Meeting at our discretion. If the Meeting has been cancelled, rescheduled or otherwise not-held, the consumer’s entitlement to the Guarantee or the Funds will be deemed null and void. 

User Content

You may have the opportunity to share or contribute relevant information and content (User Content) on our Site. By making User Content available on or through our Site, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, view, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, license, sell, transfer, communicate, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, or otherwise exploit the User Content on, through, or by means of our Site.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all User Content that you share on or through our Site. You represent and warrant that:

(a) you either own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, licenses, and releases to grant us the rights described in these Terms; and

(b) the User Content, as well as its posting, uploading, publication, submission, or transmission, and our use of the User Content on, through, or by means of our Site, do not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any applicable law or regulation.

We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any User Content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any User Content at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not undertake or attempt to undertake any actions on this Site that is:

(i) unlawful; 

(ii) prohibited by any laws;

(iii) potentially considered inappropriate by Us; or

(iv) which might bring us or our Site into disrepute.

This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) violating an individual’s privacy rights, including uploading private or personal information without their consent, or infringing upon any other legal rights;

(b) Using our Site to harass, threaten, defame or intentionally offend any person.

(c) interfering with any user using our Site;

(d) tampering with or modifying our Site. This includes knowingly transmitting viruses or other harmful features that could cause damage or disruption to our Site. (Examples include but are not limited to, trojan horses, viruses, piracy, or any programming routines); 

(e) using our Site to send unsolicited messages; or

(f) assisting or facilitating a third-party to do any of the aforementioned acts.

Competitors are prohibited from using our Site, including the Content, in any way that competes with our business.  

Links To Third-Party Sites

Our Site may include links to websites operated by third parties. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not have control over, approve, endorse, or take responsibility for the content found on those websites. It is advisable for users to conduct their own investigations to determine the suitability of those websites.

Discontinuance

We reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to discontinue our Site, either in whole or in part, at any time. Additionally, we may exclude any individual from using our Site, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We cannot be held liable for any potential consequences or liabilities that may arise from such discontinuation or exclusion.

Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until we terminate them, which we can do at any time and without prior notice to you. If termination occurs, the restrictions and limitations of liability outlined in these Terms will continue to apply and be binding upon you.

Disputes

If any dispute arises from or in connection with these Terms (Dispute), the party initiating the claim must provide written notice to the other party, outlining the details of the Dispute and suggesting a potential resolution.

Within 7 days of receiving the notice, both parties must arrange a meeting between their senior executives or senior managers, who possess the authority to reach a resolution on behalf of their respective parties. The purpose of this meeting is to make a genuine attempt to resolve the Dispute or mutually agree on an alternative method of resolution in good faith.

The discussions held during the meeting will be considered confidential, except for the fact that the meeting occurred. If the parties fail to resolve the Dispute, or if they do not agree on an alternative resolution method within 21 days of receiving the initial notice, either party may escalate the Dispute to litigation by providing written notice to the other party.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be void, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision should be interpreted in a manner that allows it to be valid or enforceable to the fullest extent possible. If it is not feasible to interpret the provision in such a way, either partially or entirely, that particular provision (or the affected part of it) will be removed from these Terms, without impacting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Jurisdiction

Your use of our Site and these Terms are subject to the laws of Australia. By using our Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Australia and any appellate courts that have the authority to hear appeals from those courts. You also waive any objections to proceedings being initiated in those courts, acknowledging that such jurisdiction is binding and irrevocable.

Please note that our Site can be accessed from various locations worldwide, including Australia and overseas. We do not guarantee that our Site complies with the laws, including intellectual property laws, of any country outside Australia. If you choose to access our Site from a jurisdiction outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of that jurisdiction.
